Poster series that was created using a set of predefined rules, and the use of basic drawing tools like a pencil, a felt-tip pen and a circle/compass.
Each poster had a fixed starting point and consists out of a continuous drawn line. During the execution of the drawing rules certain events would occur, such as the intersection of two lines. The person that was executing the drawing rules could then choose an action, such as drawing half a circle.
Providing choice within the execution of these rules investigates the balance between the use of predefined rules, and space for manual input.
